What we collect
When you send a message or request an appointment through this website we store the name, phone number, email address and message you provide, along with the date of the request. Clinical records are kept separately, in the clinic's own patient record system.
How we use it
Your details are used to answer your enquiry and to arrange or confirm an appointment. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the front desk and then deleted. You may ask us to remove a message at any time.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the monthly clinic notes, we keep your email address until you ask us to remove it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
